The Grand Rapids Wolverine Inline Speed Skating Team is is a competitive inline speed skating race team. We are in the middle of our 7th racing season. We are still looking for anyone who is interested in getting into shape and having fun. The focus of our coaching team is to help all levels of skaters improve on a personal level. Whether you are 3 years old or 65 years old, and whether you are just learning how to skate or competing on a National level, our program will help you improve on your skills. We hold indoor practices at the Tarry Hall Roller Skating Rink. We teach basic technique, fitness, off-skate exercises, stretches and race strategy. Our team of coaches are qualified and certified inline speed skating coaches. We have experience in competing, officiating & coaching at all levels. We will do our best to help every single skater achieve all of their dreams.

The team is based on the foundation and principles that were taught to us by our coaches, retired and current, Robb Dunn and Jay Ingram of the Wolverines speed team in Detroit Michigan.  We did our best to hold up the traditions that we learned, and added some new ones as well.  This has been very successful, and all of our skaters have done very well.
